Kate Middleton is to get a female 'butt' minder to stop paparazzi taking pictures of her bottom according to the NY Daily News. The move comes after photos of the Duchess of Cambridge's bare backside were published by German magazine, Bild.

The pictures were taken on a recent trip she and husband Prince William took on an April 17 tour stop in Winmalee, Australia, when a sudden gust of wind from a nearby helicopter exposed Middleton's butt.

Buckingham Palace officials have decided to employ a woman to accompany Middleton on trips to prevent such a photo from being taken again, according to the Daily Star in the UK.

The opportunistic photo first published in the Bild's Sunday paper and it also appeared on its website, accompanied by crude captions.

"Thank the wind for the insight into the royal household."

"On Sunday, photos appeared which show our favourite Duchess Kate, 32, in the Australian Blue Mountains.

"The royal helicopter rotor blades swirled up the air so that Kate's summer dress began blowing upwards - affording us a glimpse of her beautiful bum."

"Never have we been so thankful to a helicopter for creating such a wind."

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge left their son, Prince George, 10 months, at home in London with his nanny to fly to Strathearn, Scotland. After their wedding in 2011, the couple have been given the Scottish title the Earl and Countess of Strathearn, but this is the first time they have ever visited the area.

The incident in Australia is not the only time Kate has had to deal paparazzi taking opportunistic photos.

In 2012, pictures of Middleton vacationing topless appeared in a French magazine while she was on vacation there.
