Miranda Lambert revealed her weight loss secrets to Women's Health magazine for their June issue.

The 'Automatic' singer said, "The scale is something that can be your worst enemy when you're trying to lose weight or gain weight or whatever you're trying to do to get comfortable. I usually just judge by my clothes. I would say don't get caught up on the scale because you can really get focused on that and it can make you in a bad mood really quickly."

Lambert also added, "It's really easy to gain weight and it's really hard to lose weight, so just staying focused, and through the holidays not getting off track, you know, I had to really stay focused. If I ate bad in the morning, I tried to do better at night, or vice versa. Just not blowing it all day long, everyday."

She does have a guilty pleasure and lets herself indulge. Lambert said, "My guilty pleasure is, well, some people would say it could be music or whatever, but mine is definitely food, and it's mostly Cheetos."

The private jet carrying the country music star and her team from New York to Nashville was forced to make an emergency landing in Clarksburg, West Virginia on Tuesday June 3.

The plane lost pressure and spent about three hours on the ground in West Virginia before resuming its flight, reported Lambert's publicist, Wes Vause. Lambert and friends hung out with firefighters while trying on their hazmat suits and posting pictures to Instagram. They also listened to a lot of country music.

"All in all, it was a pretty good day," Vause said.

Lambert is launching her fifth album 'Platinum' and started the week with a series of appearances in New York. She will also be performing at the CMT Music Awards on Wednesday June 4 with Carrie Underwood and meeting up with husband Blake Shelton on Friday at the CMA Music Festival.
