Tracy Morgan's alleged trucker, Kevin Roper, took his thoughts to Twitter, following the fatal car crash that risked the life of "30 Rock" actor, Tracy Morgan.

On Tuesday, June 10, a series of tweets from Roper's account surfaced. "Once again the accident was horrific and we lost a precious life, but please remember I was not drunk, high (I was tested and passed)."

In another tweet, Roper wrote, "I had an 'ACCIDENT' which unfortunately occurred with a lot of media spotlight. I was never charged at the scene of the accident because once again I was not guilty of any crime."

Earlier this week, Sgt. Gregory Williams of the New Jersey State Police confirmed that the accident was caused by Roper's inattentiveness while driving, according to Urban Mecca.

"The driver of the tractor-trailer failed to observe slow-moving traffic ahead. At the last minute, he swerved to try and avoid the Mercedes limo bus but struck it from behind, forcing the limo to rotate and overturn."

Multiple sources claimed that the 35-year-old Roper, who is from Jonesboro, Georgia, has not slept for more than 24 hours.

Following the accident, the 45-year-old former "Saturday Night Live" host was immediately brought to a hospital where he is currently recovering, South Florida Times reported.

One of Morgan's passengers in the limousine, fellow comedian James McNair was killed in the crash.

Meanwhile, the limousine driver, Tyrone Gale told ABC News in an interview, "I climbed around and heard Tracy screaming for help. I climbed up on the body of the limo bus but I couldn't reach him."

As of late, Morgan's family and celebrity friends have been sending the standup comedian their well-wishes.

However, the funny man's mother, Alicia Warden, who hasn't seen her son for over a decade, was denied visitation rights by Morgan's fiancée, Megan Wollover, Star Pulse revealed.

Later on, Warden was allowed to visit her son but only for five minutes. "I wanted to pray him over and couldn't do that because so many people were in the room."
