Transformers 4 will have lots of human villains. SlashFilm that spent more time on Transformers set stated that:

"The Autobots are slightly more guarded than they were in the other films based on how Transformers: Dark of the Moon ended. The Chicago war was a big event that is still talked about in this world"

Transformers 4 features 18 new robot characters and some returning ones with new designs. Aboutthe villains in this movie, there are more human villains compare to the previous Transformers.

One of the surprising twist about the movie is that, according to Transformers 4 spoilers, Kelsey Grammer is not as black and white as most people think he might be. Also,Stanley Tucci will star as Joshua Joyce, the head of a corporation that manufactures transformers.

Based on the original story of the film, Joshua is an authority figure who can be good and evil in the plot. Sophia Myles will be Darcy Tyrel, a tough/smart English geologist. This character is working for the mining division of Joyce's company.

What about Mark Wahlberg?

He is still the main human in the film. According to Cade Yeager, Wahlberg will balance his love for his daughter and the Transformers.

According to the post of Screenrant.com, an exclusive report from JoBlo discussed that Transformers 4 will include several iconic characters from the classic cartoon series: Dinobots and Galvatron and the planet-sized villain Unicron will be included in the story.

There is a rumor spreading over the net that when Megatron have met his end in the Dark of the Moon finale, he will be resurrected as Galvatron in Transformers 4.
