Kelly Clarkson's baby's name is River Rose Blackstock! The 'Catch My Breath' singer gave birth to her first child on June 12th.
Clarkson tweeted on Saturday, June 14, "Our baby girl River Rose Blackstock arrived on June 12th! Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes! Brandon and I are on cloud 9!! :)"
Clarkson married Talent manager Brandon Blackstock, whose stepmother is country singer Reba McEntire, back in October of last year at Blackberry Farms farm in Tennessee. In November, Clarkson announced she was pregnant.
"More than anything, next I want a baby. Lots of them!" she said to Us Weekly. "My record label is freaking out because all I can talk about now are babies. We're really excited and want to get our family started."
Clarkson added, "I'm 31 and we'd like to do it the natural way. My eggs aren't getting any younger! So we're really excited."
Clarkson said in an interview with Elvis Duran and the Morning Show back in October, "I want two kids. Two more, that is, I've already got two!"
The singer tweeted back on January 20, "We just found out we're having a girl officially! I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!"
Kelly Clarkson also shared the first photo of her daughter River Rose on her Twitter, which can be seen above.
The 32 year old singer and first time mom tweeted, "Here is our beautiful baby girl River Rose; 6lbs 6oz, 18 inches, and the greatest thing on the planet :)"
"Thank you so much @Archetype_Photo @kobyb for the amazing pictures of our little girl!! Once again, y'all knocked it out of the park!!" the American Idol alum added.
Blackstock already has two children, daughter Savannah, 11, and son Seth, 7, from a previous marriage.
