Shia LaBeouf Scandal Arises Once Again; ‘Transformers’ Actor Drunk In NYC Theater

Another Shia LaBeouf scandal has surfaced.

The actor was reportedly arrested during a showing of "Cabaret" at a theater at New York's Studio 54 late Thursday.

The "Transformers" actor lit up a cigarette in the Broadway theater, and the drunk 28-year-old was "disruptive", police said, according to CNN.

The "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" star was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, according to Fox News. He was released by authorities Friday morning after his court appearance.

The actor was reportedly wearing a ripped blue T-shit, skinny jeans and boots and declined to comment as he was surrounded by media on the way back to his hotel.

He's due back in court on July 24.

This isn't the first time LaBeouf has gotten in trouble with the law. Back in 2007, the "Even Stevens" actor was arrested and charged with criminal misdemeanor trespassing.

In January, LaBeouf reportedly announced that he was "retiring from all public life" after a scandal broke regarding him reportedly plagiarizing material for his short film from a comic book.

The former child star recently made headlines by "apologizing" through a one-man-show titled "#IAmSorry," where he wore a paper bag over his head as people asked him questions.

It seems that not everyone at the Broadway show thought he was a pure disturbance during his behavior during Act 1 of the show.

"He was brilliant. I thought was working on a role or something," a woman in the audience stated regarding his outburst during the act.
