Handsome Mug Shot Guy To Get Modeling Gig?

It looks like criminals who are exceptionally good-looking can plan a career for themselves even before they get out of jail.

Jeremy Meeks, also known as the "hot mug shot guy" might actually have a chance in the modeling industry, according to Yahoo News.

Although modeling probably won't lead to a career due to his alleged criminal record, the "handsome mug shot guy" reportedly might have the opportunity to have a couple gigs here and there.

"I think he has an interesting look. But it's not long-term," Allen Osborne, head of the men's division at One Management told ABC News.

Although Meeks' stunning blue eyes and all around handsome, chiseled look have attracted more than 86,000 "likes," Meeks reportedly won't be able to get a gig with top brands like Macy's, J. Crew or Nautica, added Osborne.

"The type of guy they use is very approachable, very friendly. And he's not really that type," stated Osborne.

However, there is hope for Meeks, according Osborne.

"There are definitely urban lines that would be interested. There could be some big designer that says, 'Yeah, I want to put him on the runway," explained Osborne.

All this attention might be great for Meeks' possible future modeling career, there is one person who is "furious" with all the attention the 30-year-old has been getting; his wife.

"She's furious. Her man is in there and people are taking it as a joke, thinking it's funny talking about his looks, saying all kinds of crazy things," stated Weeks' friend Simone Johnson, according to CBS 13.

Meeks is married with two young sons.

Meeks was one of four men taken into custody during Operation Ceasefire, a multiagency mission to curb a recent increase in shooting and robberies in the Weston Ranch area of Stockton in Northern California, according to Fox News.

Meeks was reportedly arrested on Wednesday on five weapons charges and one gang charge, according to the Stockton Police Department.
