Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorce rumors allegedly started when Blake joined "The Voice" as coach. The "Somethin' Bad" singer also laughed off the issue on being pregnant for three years, the Huffington Post said in a report.
The "Somethin' Bad" singer admitted to HuffPost Live that she started being a tabloid favorite when her husband Blake Shelton became a "The Voice" coach in 2011.
"It was sort of out of nowhere," she said to host Ricky Camilleri.
She added, "I mean, we're country singers, we make our albums, we go on tour, we spend a lot of time in Nashville and then a lot of time in Oklahoma, in a town of 3,100 people. And he gets on "The Voice" and all of a sudden it's like a page turned."
Blake Shelton's wife Miranda Lambert said that all of a sudden, they were in tabloids and in front of magazines with pregnancy and breakup rumors. She even added that there were rumors she has been "pregnant for three years."
"It's a miracle, can you believe it?" Miranda Lambert joked.
But the wife of "The Voice" coach Blake Shelton got used to the sudden change but she said it took a while for her to deal with Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert divorce rumors.
"It kind of caught me off guard. My friends are like, 'is this true? Is this happening?' I'm like, 'I haven't even seen it, what are you talking about?' Then I go to the grocery story and I'm buying milk and bread, and then my face is right there with some kind of lie," she said.
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorce rumors has been going on for months now. Rumors on her pregnancy also emerged even though it has been evident that the "Somethin' Bad" singer lost weight.
"I'm the first person to ever lose weight [while] pregnant with twins," she joked, referring to the rumor that she's a soon-to-be mother of twins.
Despite rumors circulating on Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorce, the "Somethin' Bad" singer said her husband has been so laidback with the issue.
Meanwhile, Celebrity Laundry, reported that the two has been showing some PDA during the recent CMT Awards. The gesture all proves that they are not on the verge of breaking up.
"The Voice" coach Blake Shelton has also been very vocal of his plan to celebrate their anniversary on a romantic boat ride in Lake Texoma after his wife has gone through her busy schedule.
Miranda Lambert has been promoting her fifth album "Platinum" lately and the country crooner made sure that his plan will go well.
