After USA finished second to Germany in a game which they have been defeated by the said team at 1-0, USA Coaxh Jurgen Klinsmann took their qualification in the last 16 as a challenge. He said, ""We will work ... to shift our entire game up forward. So that will put more pressure on the opponents and create more chances."

Their performance so far was surpassing expectations from the fans, but is not that spectacular. However, their great attacks are very observable.

On the other hand, Belgium's performance is just spot-on. They deliver it coolly- nothing more, and nothing less. Although, they finished first in their group, over Algeria, Russia, and Korea.

Their defense has been solid though, as there is only a single goal that passed through their steel wall. In fact, they really have great players. Moreover, they were labelled as the golden generation of Belgium.

The last time these two met in the World Cup was way back in 1930, in which the Americans won by 3-0.
