Orlando Bloom Miranda Kerr split is because of the actor's excessive partying, according to a recent report; the marriage has ended, though Kerr denies Bloom's drinking as the primary cause of their separation.
Kerr's spokesperson denied claims their marriage fell apart after she got fed up with Bloom's out-of-control lifestyle, which involves the actor in intense drinking sessions with acquaintances and buddies. They were married for three years, and divorced in 2013.
RadarOnline's Thursday report suggested Bloom was fueled by alcohol binging one month before he and Kerr were separated. Representatives of both Bloom and Kerr denied the allegations, and the latter commented: "there is no truth to it."
The RadarOnline report published several pictures to validate the allegations. Orlando is seen holding a bottle and a glass of wine in one photo, two bottles of the same in another. There's a vacant, glassy stare in his eyes that suggests he was inebriated when the pictures were taken.
The pictures were allegedly taken four months before the divorce, during a break in filming for "The Hobbit." The report's source implied the Orlando Bloom Miranda Kerr split started early on; when Kerr and their son Flynn left, Bloom decided to stay behind in festivities.
"The party really let loose because Miranda and the nanny took off with Flynn. Miranda hates when Orly [his nickname] gets drunk the way he does because he often blacks out or forgets where he is. Sometimes he needed a 'buddy' to take care of him. Someone usually walks him home just to be safe."
The couple married in 2010 and remained in good terms with the watchful media. But in October 2013, the couple issued a joint statement confirming they're amicably separated for several months.
Bloom on his separation with Kerr, in a Katie Couric interview:
Kerr confirmed earlier this month that she still loves Bloom, but it's all water under the bridge now. Flynn is now the priority after Orlando Bloom Miranda Kerr split.
