Obama crack pies jokes are not something you get to hear at the White House very often. In fact, the President making jokes about having cocaine in their pies is not something that happens at all. It looks like there is a 1st time for everything.
President Barack Obama was acknowledging the members of his administration, but he spent more time praising the skills of Bill Yosses, who happens to be the White House's executive pastry chef. He is also regarded as the "Crustmaster" because of his scrumptious pies.
Obama made jokes about crack pies during an event in the White House on Monday in celebration of the LGBT Pride Month.
Obama joked, "We call Bill the 'Crustmaster' because his pies, I don't know what he does, whether puts crack in them." The crowd burst into laughter. However, Michelle Obama remained straight-faced during this exchange and responded, "No, he doesn't. There is no crack in our pies." It looks like the First Lady is not a big fan of the President's humor when it comes to this matter.
Obama has always been known for his sweet tooth, and he went on saying that the pies had a very huge impact on his health. He shared a story about his first physical, which he had right after he moved into the White House. He said, "My cholesterol shot up. And the doctor was like, 'What happened?' And I thought, 'It's the pie! It's the pie!' So, we had to establish, like, a really firm rule about no pie during the week."
The President also continued praising Yosses, saying that he is a "man who's made life at the White House very sweet."
Yosses is reportedly leaving the White House after seven long years of service. According to the reports, he is planning to work on a new food literacy project that will teach young children, as well as adults, about healthier eating habits.
