"Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Teresa Giudice has had a lot on her plate as of late.
Joe and Teresa Giudice have been dealing with various legal problems this past year and have been waiting on being sentenced.
However, due to the death of Joe's father, Frank, the couple's July sentencing date has been postponed to September 23, Teresa's lawyer, Henry Klingeman told Us Weekly.
When the pair appears in court, they'll be sentenced on several counts of bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes. The two pleaded guilty to the charges back in March, according to the magazine.
"Today I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago. I have said throughout that I respect the legal process and thus I intend to address the court directly at sentencing. I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decisions, and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public," stated Teresa Giudice in a statement.
In the midst of the Giudice's upcoming sentencing, it seems that some family drama has died down for the cast of RHONJ.
Melissa Gorga has reportedly reached a truce with her sister-in-law recently.
"There are things I've decided to let go. I believe in forgiveness," Gorga told Star Magazine.
She added, "As traumatic as their situation is, that's when family puts the nonsense aside to be there for each other. My husband and I are here to support Teresa and Joe."
