Victoria Beckham says that she wants her clothing line to 'empower women' in Elle Singapore. She is also on two dual covers for British Vogue's August 2014 issue, which will hit newsstands July 7, where she says that she 'wouldn't be where I am' without her husband and H&M model David.

The former Spice Girl chatted with Elle Singapore about her clothing line, saying, "I want to make a woman feel her best. I want to empower women."

She also talked about her work ethic when it comes to her clothing line saying, "I just like to be very involved with every element of my business. And I have a great team of people that work with me. But I'm very, very involved. My name is on the label, I have a point of view. And it's important that it comes from me. I don't want to hand that over to anybody else. I wouldn't know how to..."

Beckham also said that she doesn't get scared about her business failing.

"I'm not afraid. I think you can learn from everything. I don't ever think of the negatives, I think of the positives. I'm not competing with anybody else out there; I'm just competing with myself."

She added, "I never went into this to prove anything to anybody, other than myself. I think if you're too afraid of failure then you won't challenge yourself, then you won't move forward. I like to challenge myself."

Beckham is also on the cover of Vogue magazine where she talks about her hot husband David. She said, "I looked at it [turning 40] and said to myself, I have four incredible children, an incredible husband, a business that's doing very well. I've worked hard and achieved a lot. I don't think I could have achieved much more. I wouldn't be where I am without David. He gives me the security and encouragement to do what I do. I do the same for him."
