Kim Kardashian and Kanye West selling dream house may come as a big shock, especially after they spent a small fortune, about $11 million on buying the property alone, and more for a year's worth of construction.

Over a year ago, the famous couple started work on the very expensive property and up until now, they have yet to move in. Now, according to reports, they never will!

The bizarre reason is this... Kanye West has always been a perfectionist; now so more than even, especially considering how protective he is with baby North West. And after spending $11 million dollars on the home in June, 2013 and millions more on renovations, the property is still not ready, which may be why they are now considering just selling it.

As per recent reports, the couple is now looking at other possibilities and is tired of waiting for the renovations to conclude. They are actually looking into a house a bit closer to Kris Jenner and her sisters in Calabasas, California.

However, it seems the plan isn't set in stone yet. "By no means is the house on the market. It's still in the process of being renovated but no definite plan to sell it has been made by any means," says a source close to the couple.

There are also rumors that the unexpected delay in renovations may be driving the family to consider New York. On June 27, Kim, Kendall Jenner, and Kris Jenner were spotted checking out a penthouse apartment in the Puck Building in the Soho neighborhood of Tribeca. The property is said to be valued at $21 million and owned by architect Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump's husband.
