Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit in New York against the creator and publisher of "Grand Theft Auto V," according to USA Today.
The 28-year-old actress alleges that the video game uses her image, voice and styles from her clothing line, according to the Associated Press.
"Grand Theft Auto V," which was developed by Rockstar Games and published by Take-Two Interactive, reportedly created the character Lacey Joanas, who is very much like Lindsay Lohan.
Lacey Jonas is a blond celebrity who lives at the Chateau Marment on West Hollywood and is trying to escape the paparazzi, according to the publication Reality TV World.
"The portraits of the Plaintiff [Lohan] incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years," the suit reads.
The suit reportedly adds that Take-Two should pay her for use of her image.
The "Grand Theft Auto" franchise has reportedly been known for its satire, poking fun at various topics, from celebrities to video games and social networks.
"Grand Theft Auto V" has reportedly become quite a success for Take-Two and Rockstar. The game, which launched last September, generated $800 million revenue on its first day and has shipped more than 33 million copies.
