Dancing With The Stars pro, Maksim Chmerkovskiy is rumored to be on the dating scene, now that he is not performing. Rumors suggest three ho candidates that Maks is pursuing.

While Kate Upton is on the list of rumored dating prospects, the hot contenders are J. Lo aka Jenifer Lopez and Meryl Davis. However, J. Lo, who might still be in Brazil watching the World Cup and performing on stage. Besides she said on national TV that she is still single and enjoying it, ruling her out from the trio of candidates rumored by the media.

And the more likely candidate in the Maksim Chmerkovskiy dating rumor is Meryl Davis, who was Maks' dancing partner in the DTWS winning show. Thec couple have been spotted together at several restaurants in New York City, expressing what appears to be their 'on the dance floor' affection for each other.

On the other hand, Maksim Chmerkovskiy told reporters that his relationship was on a special level, unlike relationships with his other dancing partners, such as J. Lo. Meryl was able to add intense emotion to the duo's dancing routine and Maks admitted to feeling closer to her.

Maks also mentioned that he was ready to settle down and pass on his dance moves to his kids. That definitely is a hint that goes well beyond dating. And Maksim Chmerkovskiy said he has a special affinity towards Davis and the emotional appeal between the two goes beyond dancing.

In another interview over his dating rumors, Maksim Chmerkovskiy exploded at the question from the media saying, 'It's nobody's business who I date." While that is true, if you're part of the DWTS scene, keeping Maks' personal life hidden from the news media is too much to ask for in exchange for his fame as a dancer.

However, Davis responded to talk show host Wendy Williams that she likes to keep her personal life separate from her professional dancing.
