NBC released the official promo trailer for Miley Cyrus' "Bangerz" tour concert that will air on the network this coming Sunday.
In the teaser, the 21-year-old "We Can't Stop" singer talked about her fondness for her fans, according toPeople.
"They feel safe in there. And there's not that many places that you're around 20,000 people and you feel safe. I feel like they think that I'm sort of leader, and I'm giving them kind of the push to go forward."
NBC's "Bangerz" tour special will consist of Cyrus' performances in Barcelona, Portugal, Lisbon and Spain and will also consist of behind-the-scene footages.
"Bangerz" tour creative director Diane Martel recently talked about Cyrus' performances and said, "Her performance in this special is flawless and passionate. Miley's performance is intense and wild... To see her eyes close up, to see her little body and huge voice making this collection of people respond in tandem, that's the important thing to translate from stage to the small screen," Billboard reported.
Meanwhile, the "Wrecking Ball" singer who is also excited for the upcoming release of her concert tour on television wrote on Facebook, "Smilers! NBC is bringing #BANGERZTour straight to your living room! Catch the 2-hour behind the scenes special on July 6 at 9pm/8pm CT!"
Following the success of "Bangerz," Cyrus immediately went straight to recording two Beatles songs - "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" and "A Day in the Life" -- with Flaming Lips front man Wayne Coyne, Rolling Stone noted.
In a previous interview with the same publication, Cyrus expressed her desire to write and songs with Flaming Lips. "On my last record, everything we did was with computers. But they're real musicians - they can change keys on a whim. I've never seen anything like it. They've had me on this journey that's greater than anything I've been on. It's really deep."
