Columbus Short Scandal Compelled Actor Not to Return to ABC’s “Scandal”; Columbus Short Scandal Verbally Assaults Cop

Columbus Short scandal showed the former star of "Scandal" on a wrong side of the law. Dallas police arrested Columbus Short scandal on Saturday morning, around 2 a.m. for public intoxication. Warren Mitchell, the spokesperson of Dallas police said that he was at the address of the Katy Trail Ice House, which is a "beer garden" and a restaurant.

One of the workers of the bar said that the management of the bar has employed off-duty police officers. It was one of them that Columbus Short scandal "got into an issue" with. The employee, whose identity will not be divulged, said, "He was uncooperative with police. It was a minor issue. He was verbally assaulting the police."

Mitchell did not give any details on whether or not the 31-year-old actor was already released from police custody. The publicist of Columbus Short scandal also declined to give any comments on this matter.

This is not Short's 1st time to face the law this year. It was only in March when Columbus Short scandal was arrested after he was accused of punching out a patron, knocking him out, at a restaurant in West Los Angeles. He later pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of battery. The alleged victim was suing Columbus Short scandal for a whopping amount of $1 million. According to him, he was knocked out cold by an "unwarranted and cowardly 'sucker punch.'"

Additionally, his wife also accused him of threatening to kill her, and then himself, with the use of a knife, in April. Columbus Short scandal's wife, Tanee Short, filed for a restraining order shortly thereafter. The restraining order kept him from getting near her and their 2-year-old daughter. Eventually, Tanee also filed for a divorce, which officially marked the end of their nine-year marriage.

After this string of events, Columbus Short scandal then announced that he would no longer be returning to ABC's hit TV show, "Scandal."
