A lot on fans believed that Brazil will be able to overcome the challenge that they are currently facing due to the loss of two of their most valuable players. Thiago Silva won't be able to play due to a suspension while Neymar won't play due to injury.

Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has seen the value of Neymar saying that the 22 year old star has already done his part in bringing the team to the semi finals and that this is now the time for the rest of the team to show that they can win the next match for the injured star.

Neymar has suffered an injured vertebrae right after Colombia defender Juan Camilo Zuniga right knee was in contact with Neymar's back.

Scolari spoke to reporters saying "Now we have to do our part. We will be playing not only for ourselves, for our country, for our dreams, but each one of us will be playing a little for Neymar because of everything that he has done for us."

Brazil coach has said that they have moved forward from the incident and is preparing the team to face Germany in the semis. He said "When Neymar had to go, he left a lot of him with us and he took a lot of us with him,'' Scolari said. ''We are already done with this process of being sad. When Neymar himself began talking to the other players after what happened, they understood that he has done his part already."

On the other hand, Brazil defender, Thiago Silva said that the injury inflicted on Neymar was not a common move for a defender. He said that being a defender himself, injuries like that could have been avoided, he said "Being a defender I know how to defend and that type of defending doesn't exist. It's impossible to get your knee through someone to get to the ball on the other side. Unless you want to hit the other player. That's not a normal match situation."

FIFA Committee has already announced that they will not take action in Zuniga with regards to the incident. A lot of football fans will be watching the game of Brazil just to see how the team would fare without their ace players.
