Chris Bosh offered a Max Contract by the Rockets worth $80 Million plus

Houston Rockets' coveted star Chris Bosh has been offered a max contract for 4 years worth 80 million dollars reports says. Bosh has been courted by the Rockets since 2010 and it seems like they are having a much clearer shot for the Miami forward as they were in talks with him last Monday.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports "Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh had his first direct conversation with Houston Rockets management on Monday morning, inching closer to the possibility of a four-year, $80million-plus contract, league sources told Yahoo Sports."

He added "Bosh's stance on his intentions have remained unchanged: His preference is to stay with Miami on a new deal and play with LeBron James. Nevertheless, James hasn't committed to a return and Houston has moved aggressively to secure a deal with Bosh, sources said."

It has been reported that Bosh has finally decided to terminate his contract with the Miami Heat and it was Chris Bosh's agent, Henry Thomas who delivered the news to Miami Heat owner, Pat Riley.

But Bosh still has not decided whether to sign up for the team or not. Bosh seems very happy both personally and professionally while he was with the Heat and this could be a reason for him not to leave the team.

And if this was true for the case of the Rockets, then they would need to make some changes with their lineup. This would have to mean that they would need to make a couple trades which include Jeremey Lin in the list.

But of course, Bosh decision would highly rely on the moves made by the king, LeBron James. If James would decide to stay with the Miami Heat then most likely Bosh would be staying with him. But if James decides to decline the Heat's offer and go his own way, then there is a bigger chance that Bosh will sign up for the Rockets.

Bosh is such a strong player that no matter where he would end up, definitely he would be a great contribution to the team. Whether he stays attached to James or he decides to go his own way, he would still be able to assist the team whichever he chooses.
