Naya Rivera may have been in the certain of rumors the past couple of months, with some publications claiming that she will no longer return to "Glee" due to an ongoing feud with co-star Lea Michele.

However, such rumors have been hushed when Ryan Murphy, "Glee's" co-creator announced that Rivera will still be part of the series' sixth and final season, Latino FOX News reported.

He said, "Anybody ever in that cast has an open invitation to come back and finish the character they so beautifully started."

Unfortunately, although Santana Lopez fans will still get to see Rivera's performances, the singer/actress has officially been written off five episodes on the show. Not to mention, she will also be returning not as a series regular, but only as a special guest, according to TV Line.

Contrary to initial reports, it was Rivera who approached the creators of "Glee" and the FOX Network and asked them if she could join the cast only part-time and they agreed.

In a previous interview with TV Line, Murphy explained, "We're working on the last season now, and it really feels like it's getting back to its roots, which I love. I'm sort of reinvigorated about it. It's getting back to what I was initially interested in with the show, which was arts in school. The last season is really about the importance of arts education in our high schools... I think people will like it."

Meanwhile, other than Rivera, other cast members who will only return on select episodes of season 6 include Amber Riley and Jenna Ushkowitz, Celebuzz confirmed.

In other news, two "Glee" cast members were recently involved in a Twitter-hacking incident. Just last week, Chris Colfer's Twitter account was hacked while he was on board the plane. Lea Michele's Twitter account was also hacked and insinuated that the singer/actress/author was pregnant with a baby boy.
