Priscilla Presley Tells Elvis Presley’s Fans to “Please Calm Down”

Priscilla Presley has requested the fans of her late ex-husband, Elvis Presley, to "please calm down." Elvis' fans were outraged when they found out that two of the jets that he owned back then could be removed from his Memphis home, Graceland.

The fans of the late Elvis Presley went all out in their critical comments on Facebook ever since The Associated Press published a report only last week. According to the report, Elvis Presley Enterprises informed the owners of the Hound Dog II and the Lisa Marie to start preparing for the removal of the two fancy jets, which is bound to happen when they reach the end of their agreement by next April.

Priscilla Presley's late ex-husband's jets were actually sold after Elvis died, which was on the 16th of August in 1977. They were later purchased by the OKC Partnership in Memphis. It was Graceland and OKC Partnership that came to an agreement to take the two planes to Graceland around the 80s.

To address the blatant outraged comments of Elvis' fans on today's most popular social media networks, Priscilla Presley posted on her own Facebook page, "Please calm down. We're in the midst of negotiations. It's as simple as that. Thank you."

She then posted another comment on her Facebook account on Sunday. She said, "I'm reading what you are saying, but, listen. The people who own the plane put the release out to intentionally upset everyone. We're on top of it. Thank you for your trust in us. We will soon be putting out a release about some new and exciting things happening at Graceland."

Although Priscilla Presley has already publicly addressed the issue at hand, it remains unclear whether or not the "negotiations" she was referring to meant that there is still a possibility that the planes could still be kept at Graceland. Some of the comments on Elvis' Facebook fan page were supportive of Priscilla Presley's efforts of handling the matter.
