Kristin Cavallari Loses 20 Pounds and Gets Back to Pre-Pregnancy Weight Shortly After Giving Birth to 2nd Son

Kristin Cavallari has just actually given birth to her 2nd son, Jax, last May, but she now looks as sexy as ever. In fact, since giving birth, she has already dropped 20 pounds. This makes her pretty close to getting her pre-pregnancy weight and figure once again.

Kristin Cavallari informed E! News, "I'm still a couple of pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight, but it took a sold three months with Camden and I think It will be the same this time. I've really been focusing on my legs and butt. My stomach needs the most work, but that takes time more than anything and diet plays a huge role."

The 27-year-old reality TV star, Kristin Cavallari, married Jay Cutler, who happens to be an NFL quarterback, only last year. She said that her workout routines involve four to five workout sessions, which she does at home, every week. These routines include lunges, squats, and even weight lifting. In the coming couple of weeks, she shared that she will also be trying Pilates.

Kristin Cavallari's diet, on the other hand, is made up of organic vegetables, bison, chicken, beef, fish, which, according to her, is relatively similar with what she used to eat back then. She said, "I either make a smoothie, oatmeal or eggs for breakfast and a salad or turkey sandwich for lunch. I have a snack in the afternoon - usually nuts with dried cherries, chips with hummus, or an apple and almond butter. I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything."

Although it may be true that getting back in shape has helped her a lot with regards to maintaining the energy she needs to keep up with her two adorable little boys, Kristin Cavallari gushed that she was too excited to just fit back into her pre-maternity outfits again. She said, "I couldn't wait to wear this romper. Anything with a waist!"
