With all the excitement trending around Las Vegas for the NBA Summer League this year, we need to value the people behind the success of the sports event.
Of course, success would not have been possible without some great players around to back up the sensational games. It's time to take a look at the top rookies of the NBA's summer league for 2014:
-Doug McDermott of the Chicago Bulls has shown his strength by scoring in the entire court in two games, gaining 51 points and a 31-additional point lead in a match with the Denver Nuggets. McDermott currently has levelled his team up a pedestal by being a lead rookie with an average score of 20.3 points for each game.
-Sun player, T.J. Warren. The Phoenix Suns has already played in four games in Las Vegas. Warren has excelled in three of those games. He averages 20 points in a span of 23 minutes. This is a history of a break-out record for an NBA rookie.
-Jordan McRae of the Philadelphia 76ers holds an average of 19.7 points in a span of 30 minutes per game in the summer league. He has achieved five three-pointers and 27 free throws. He's got solid defense talents, taking in six steals so far in his career.
-The Lakers' Jordan Clarkson, is the player the team bets in on games against challenging opponents. Clarkson has got the knowledge and experience to read through difficult opponent players for his team in every game. This makes him L.A.'s most valuable player, to date.
