Rumors of Kim Kardashian pregnant with baby number two started flying when the reality star revealed a prediction for a second child to her siblings. She told her sister Khloe and brother Rob that she was told about another possible pregnancy during a fortune telling session.

Now, Mirror UK reveals that husband and rapper superstar Kanye West indeed wants a little sibling for 13-month-old North.

A source close to the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star reportedly told US Weekly, "Kanye wants a boy!"

The couple recently celebrated their daughter's first birthday with an extravagant Kidchella themed party, following their elaborate wedding in Florence, Italy in May.

Kanye West was reportedly trying to get Kim Kardashian pregnant again during their second honeymoon in Mexico last month. However, they would have to manage around the rapper's album producing schedule to spend more time trying for a second baby.

Kim K recently posted a photo of herself peacefully lounging by the side of a pool presumably in Mexico, showcasing her fit body in a yellow bikini while on that second honeymoon with her husband. A photo also surfaced of the brunette beauty sunbathing topless and showing off her buxom behind.

However, a source told Mirror that the reality show beauty would keep her pregnancy a secret as long as possible. The 33-year-old mother of one had emotionally suffered after receiving hateful criticism for gaining weight while carrying North.

"Kim won't tell anyone until she's five months along. She doesn't want people [scrutinizing] her body," the source reportedly said.

Kardashian usually posts photos of her daughter and 37-year-old husband on Instagram, often praising North's dad for being a very good and doting father.

"I've always wanted about six [kids]. After having [North], I would have a million," Mrs. West revealed in an interview once after gushing about how "perfect" her daughter is.
