There seems to be string of trouble wherever Justin Bieber goes.

The 20-year-old was snapped drinking a beer at the celebrity nightclub, Bootsy Bellow, in West Hollywood.

The club, which is co-owned by David Arquette, is permitted to admit people under 21 because it serves food, but it cannot serve alcohol to anyone under 21, according to TMZ.

Pictures of Justin Bieber drinking have been circulating like crazy, just as all Bieber news does. The gossip website has reported that "the California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control is aware of the incident."

Bootsy Bellow could be fined for Bieber's very public underage drinking, according to The Wire.

The "Boyfriend" singer might soon be causing underage drinking drama in Miami, as it is rumored that he might be moving there.
