Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portugal superstar, has officially declared that he is now fully recovered from the injury that made him hold back his performance in the recently concluded World Cup 201in Brazil.

It can be remembered that his team, Portugal, did not even made it past the group stage.

Now, the 29- year- old football prodigy says he is ready for the Premiere League, where he will be playing for Real Madrid alongside James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos.

"I'll try my best all the season like I do it every year. I'll try to be the best, try to help my team, try to score goals and try to win titles," said the striker as he attended a sponsor's event in Tokyo. He also added that he would like to play "six, seven more years" at the peak of his career as a professional soccer player.

"I'm really focused. My injury is gone. I feel very, very good," Ronaldo said. He also said that he wanted to start and end his Spanish league season "in good shape."

Ronaldo is very hopeful for the upcoming season. It can be remembered that his team also did well for the previous league season, so he has all the reasons to hope. He said that he is excited for the "opportunity to win five, six titles this year - so fantastic. I'm really focused".

"This is my goal for every season, to prepare myself 100 per cent. And for me every season is a challenge so I want to be good again. I dedicate myself 100 per cent and I want to carry on like that until I finish my career."

The Real Madrid forward did not really make a grand scene during Portugal's World Cup campaign for this year, but his name continues to make rounds as one of the best footballers in history.
