Kerry Washington has always been vocal about her not wanting her close friends, and even the members of her family, to comment about her newborn baby girl, Isabelle. However, it looks like she did not expect the President to give his two cents on the matter.
President Obama has just recently given out a few comments about the daughter of the famous "Scandal" star, Kerry Washington. This fueled even more speculations that Kerry Washington might not approve of the dear President's public statements about her private life, especially about her baby girl.
According to a Thursday post of People Magazine, President Obama thanked Kerry Washington for exerting effort to work on his campaigns and for being a "great friend" during a fundraising dinner for the Democratic National Committee that was held in Los Angeles just last week. Moreover, as reported, President Obama apparently shared about being able to see Isabelle and said, "Plus, she showed me her baby pictures, and that is one cute baby!"
Kerry Washington has just recently told her co-stars in "Scandal" that she does not want them mentioning her daughter's name on the red carpet. Bellamy Young, Kerry Washington's co-star, even shared that Kerry Washington practically forbade her to speak about the famous Kerry Washington baby girl.
Young did her best to evade any questions that were about Kerry Washington and her newborn baby. Reporters swarmed at The Wrap's First Annual Emmy Part held in Los Angeles last June, and a lot of the questions thrown in Young's direction were about Kerry Washington and her baby. According to Us Weekly, Young merely answered, "We can't talk about Kerry on the carpet."
However, when she was asked about whether or not she feels "happy" to work with Kerry Washington, Young was glad to answer with, "I am Switzerland of Kerry."
The 4th season of "Scandal" with Young and Kerry Washington will be returning to ABC this coming September.
