"Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World" tell-all book has been released, and the expose allegedly depicts the true character of 39-year-old TV personality Kate Gosselin. According to Radar Online, the book reveals details that include Kate Gosselin's overly strict house rules and unfair treatment towards production personnel of their reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8".

Author Robert Hoffman paints a very vivid image of the TV personality in "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World".

According to the author, Kate Gosselin even sent an email to Discovery to demand that "anytime the film crew is present, Jon (her ex-husband) and or I need to also be present to let them into the house and to oversee. Therefore, I am requesting that the schedule be revised to reflect this."

"She treats us like sh*t. She treats the kids like sh*t," said an anonymous crew member.

Kate Gosselin is a mother of 8 - twins Cara and Maddie, 13, and sextuplets Aaden, Collin, Joel, Leah, Alexis and Hannah, 10, said a report by HollywoodLife.

One of the more talked-about portions of the tell-all book was an alleged copy of the "House Rules" the author claims Kate Gosselin handed out to production team while filming their reality show.

Some of the overly strict house rules included not allowing the TV crew to use bathrooms or eat inside the house; specifying that the only approved bathroom and eating area to be used by production personnel is in the detached apartment.

The reality star also demands for a production assistant to thoroughly inspect the house at the end of each shoot to ensure that all equipment and trash were collected.

Another obsessive compulsive house rule was for crew equipment to be stored in crew purchased storage boxes by the garage.

Kate Gosselin also allegedly specified to "make all equipment fit and close and lock door before leaving shoot", saying no equipment should remain in the detached apartment, which they supposedly use for guests between shooting days.

The overly rigid house rules were bad enough, but it was Kate Gosselin's choice of words that made the TV personality sound like a mean person.

The full list can be found in the tell-all book "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World".
