Everyone was quite shocked to know that Lisa Vanderpump would be returning to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" after being iced out by her co-stars last season.
The "Vanderpump Rules" star recently shared her reasons for why she chose to stay with RHOBH during an interview with Hallmark Channel's Home and Family, according to the publication AllAboutTRH.
"Well, I was under contract at Bravo, and for the most part I'd had a good experience. I'd done something like 140 episodes. So for the most part, it's been incredible - it really has," stated the owner of SUR.
Lisa Vanderpump added, "It's given me such an opportunity to talk about the things I'm passionate about. . . You know, because I'm a huge supporter of the LGBT community, children with alopecia, Keep the Memory Alive, all those things, so that's been really, really helpful, and I've had a lot of fun doing it. I really have. But last season it was hard."
Although Vanderpump was seen filming for RHOBH with fellow cast member Yolanda Foster, it's still unclear where she stands with former BFF Brandi Glanville, who she had a falling out with on season 4 of the hit reality television show.
Even though the "Dream Team" (as Yolanda called the three in the beginning of season 4) has yet to fully reunite, photos of Yolanda Foster and Brandi Glanville filming scenes together surfaced on Twitter recently. The two still seemed to remain drama-free as they smiled for the camera.
Vanderpump fans can sigh a breath of relief the English beauty has an ally to help her get through any conflict with the other ladies for season 5 of RHOBH.
"Lisa Vanderpump is going out of her way to make sure that she can count on Lisa Rinna this season. Last year, Lisa V. was left out in the cold as all of the ladies turned on her," a source reportedly told Radar Online.
The insider continued, "Both of them have been social acquaintances for years, but Vanderpump is truly going the extra mile to welcome Lisa R. to the show. It's going to be a very exciting season, and there have already been some fireworks! There will be tons of drama that will leave viewers wanting more."
