Hillary Clinton's Stephen Colbert surprise appearance last Tuesday night drew cheers as the former First Lady beat the comedian by playing a "name-dropping game", said a report from People Magazine. Bill Clinton's wife dropped by "The Colbert Report" following another talk show appearance, where she hinted at running for president in 2016.

At the start of Hilary Clinton's Stephen Colbert appearance, the host first introduced the former Secretary of State's new book which was published on June 10. Entitled "Hard Choices", the host started to poke fun at his surprise guest, calling her book "656 pages of shameless name-dropping."

He then goes on to say: "I just don't buy any of this. There is no way on earth one woman can be in so many places at once." That's when Hilary Clinton appeared onstage, amid cheers of her name from studio audience.

Hilary Clinton and Stephen Colbert's "Battle of the Names" game ensued, wherein the two tried to beat each other by boasting about dining with Meryl Streep, camping with Oprah, sharing an office with Steve Carell, and hanging out with George Clooney, said People Magazine.

Hilary Clinton and Stephen Colbert face-off came to a head when the host passionately declared, "I once did an entire show with President Bill Clinton!" - to which the former First Lady responded: "I hate to break it to you, but I've met him, too."

The former Secretary of State, Senator, First Lady and Cabinet member's visit at "The Colbert Report" follows an appearance at another talk show last July.

According to a report from CNN, Hilary Clinton's guesting on the "Daily Show With Jon Stewart" had her dropping hints about possibly running for president in 2016.

In the CNN report, Hilary Clinton was asked by the Comedy Central host about possibly having a home office, specifying, "do you have a favorite shape for that home office? Would you like it to have corners?"

Hilary Clinton replied: "Fewer corners", referencing the Oval Office in the White House.
