"House of Cards" season 3 cast Kevin Spacey swapped places with Julia Louis Dreyfus for a magazine cover and "Veep's" Selina Meyer freaks out at the result.
In the twin covers of Entertainment Weekly, "House of Cards" season 3 cast Kevin Spacey dressed up as Selina Meyer of HBO's "Veep," while Julia Louis Dreyfus wore a suit to pose as Frank Underwood in the Lincoln Memorial.
The magazine shared the two photos side-by-side, as part of its edition to celebrate the 25 best characters on TV, on Twitter.
It was shared by Julia Louis Dreyfus along with her comment: "How freakazoid is this? Thanks, @EW 4 wigging me out."
According to MailOnline, the brunette hair of the actress was hidden underneath a short wig and her droplets of blood from fingers-true Frank Underwood style-drip down the monument.
"House of Cards" cast Kevin Spacey, meanwhile, wore a brunette wig and red jacket along with a full makeup to depict Selina Meyer. The two casts share a similar ambition to become the President of the United States.
Selina Meyer is looking to become President when the fourth season resumes, while Frank Underwood already became the chief executive at the end of the third season.
"House of Cards" season 3 cast Kevin Spacey also talked to EW about playing Frank Underwood. "I come to work every day - and they call it work, but it's so much fun, it's so much play."
Speaking to Katey Couric for The Aspen Institute, creator Beau Willimon said that Frank Underwood would struggle to find his purpose because he already achieved his goal of seeking revenge and taking over the White House.
"When you've achieved your destination, once you get there what do you do with that achievement ... I'm not going to tell you what they're going to do," he said.
