A lot of Chicago Bears' players are now back to practice after some issues that they encountered. One of them is Martellus Bennett. Bennett ha returned during last Sunday's practice right after his suspension. Anotehr returnee is safety Chris Conte who came back after surgery. There is also cornerback Tim Jennings who suffered a quad strain while defensive end Jared Allen came in to the practice for the first time.

But among them Bennett is the one most talked about. He was suspended and fined but the amount was not disclosed. The issue happened right after Bennett slammed fellow Bear's cornerback Kyle Fuller. Fuller had knocked him to the ground in a non-tackling scrimmage.

According to Bennett "''I think I could have handled the situation differently. ''I think everything in life is about learning lessons."

He added "''Whatever situation you're going on through life, you always learn from it. Whether it's good or bad, whatever it may be, there's always a lesson or a moral to the story."

It wasn't the first incident of Bennett. He got involved in several other practice scrapes since joining the team as a free agent last year. But the difference this time around is that he can now avoid the situation form happening.

He said "Now I understand how they want me to practice. ''I've always been a guy who practiced hard. I understand what they want me from me and just do it the way they want it to be done."

Last Friday, the Bears won over Philadelphia during a preseason game. Dante Rosario and Zach Miller did very well that night which help the team secure a 31-28 preseason victory. For that Bennett had missed out all the fun saying "I thought they played exceptionally well. think we had over 100 yards as a tight end group."

He continued "''To see all those guys get a chance to go out there and do what we've been working on together and having them perform at a high level, I was super excited for them. I thought they played well and I was extremely happy about that."
