2015 Audi Q3 Review: Car manufacturers will always find ways to work their way against competitors. It could be a new facelift, state of the art engine, and many more. This year, Audi came up with a new concept unlike any other. What is it?
During Austria's Worthersee Tour, where the biggest Golf GTI festival also takes place, lots of concepts have been shown like new vehicles and concepts and Audi recently showed off its Q3 Camping tent concept.
Audi revealed that the outdoor version of the Q3 has a new tent that can resist wind loads as high as 70mph. This tent opens in seven minutes or so and can be holed to the open back hatch of the vehicle.
The car that'll be selling in Europe is a red SQ5 TDI with a 3-litre bi-turbo diesel engine capable of 308bhp. Other new features and accessories includes a new roof box and bike rack, as well as new cabin pockets and wireless internet.
According to caranddriver.com, there's a new Macao Yellow A1 Sportsback set for next year, too. This model will have a black exterior with yellow roof detailing, spoilers and decals, It'll also have matt black cast aluminium wheels, a black headliner and yellow interior trims.
Audi says its Q3 crossover SUV is headed stateside for the 2015 model year. This surprises absolutely no one, considering the brand confirmed that the Q5 would eventually be sold in the U.S. when it debuted the Q3 Vail at the 2012 Detroit auto show. Audi's timing just happens to be a year behind schedule.
