The new trailer of the returning Mortal Kombat classic character Kano has been revealed.

Kano is the fourth classic character to return the franchise joining Raiden, Scorpion and Sub-Zero, and the latest trailer will exhibit Kano's abilities in the game against newcomer D'Vorah.

Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon explained in the trailer that this Kano is much older and deadlier than before as haft of his body is covered with cybernetic implants and equipment which makes him a dangerous opponent for players.

Ed Boon also explained that Kano has three new variations for players to explore. First of these is the the Cutthroat, and this variation enables Kano to utilize all of his knife throwing and combat skills, which lets him create some impressive combo. The second is the Cybernetics, this enables Kano to use his laser eye and grenades as projectiles for both offense and defense. The last variation is the Commando, which enables Kano to grapple his opponents and it is effective for launching counter attacks to an opponent.

Kano was first citied by Twitter user @westkoastkilla as he posted a photo of Kano fighting Kotal Khan in a German magazine.

It also rumored that Ermac, Smoke, and Motaro are also joining Mortal Kombat X.

In other news, NetherRealm Studios are planning to have another guest character in the game.

IGN website's YouTube channel has uploaded a video containing information on the possible guest characters that will join the roster of Mortal Kombat X.

The video mentioned that five characters are rumored to be a part of Mortal Kombat X and these are Pinhead from Hellraiser, Frank the Bunny from Donnie Darko, Spawn, Ash Williams of Evil Dead, and a Predator from Predator film franchise.

BREATH Cast has reported before that Mortal Kombat X will be available on the consoles PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One, and for the PC next year.

Amazon recently released a listing of Mortal Kombat X's release date, but gave it a vague 2015. According to reports from Cyberland, an insider claimed that the PR officer for NetherRealm Studios has confirmed that the Mortal Kombat X release date is set for March 2015 on digital download.
