Chef Gordon Ramsay has addressed reports saying that he is deep in debt, said a report from The Examiner. The culinary master turned reality TV star spoke through a representative to deny the bankruptcy allegations, which they described as "ludicrous".

Chef Gordon Ramsay is allegedly more than $50 million deep in debt and facing yet another new lawsuit. A report from Radar Online showed corporate documents that reveal the current status of the culinary entrepreneur's business endeavors.

A spokesperson from Chef Gordon Ramsay was quick to deny the financial trouble reports. The following statement was released via Reality TV World regarding the debt claims:

"This is an inaccurate interpretation of the public filings that were reported widely in the media back in May, and any claim that the company is anywhere near bankruptcy is ludicrous. It is standard for the head of the company to deliver loans to expand the business and ensure experiences remain first class, and the Gordon Ramsay Group continues to deliver a strong performance, with growth year on year."

A rep also addressed the lawsuits being filed against Chef Gordon Ramsay, such as the one filed by his former partner for giving up their Beverly Hills restaurant, The Fat Cow.

According to TMZ, The Fat Cow closed following a legal battle with a restaurant owner in Florida claiming to have exclusive rights to the name "Fat Cow". The ex-partner then filed a complaint against Chef Gordon Ramsay for just dropping their joint venture.

A rep from Chef Gordon Ramsay's end released a statement: "It's the unfortunate, but inevitable normal procedure resulting from (Rowen Seibel's) gross mismanagement of the restaurant and diversion of funds from the business that lead to a string of financial and legal issues."

Aside from his restaurants, Chef Gordon Ramsay is known being part of several cooking reality shows. His most recent is "Hotel Hell", where he helps the hotel team similar to his "makeovers" in the series "Kitchen Nightmares".

Chef Gordon Ramsay's other television series is "Master Chef", and he is reportedly also working with his 12-year-old daughter to bring her own cooking show to TV.
