Blue Ivy's rumored mother has come out and filed a maternity suit against power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z. According to a report from Radar Online, the alleged surrogate mom named Tina Seals claims the pop diva was never pregnant.
In the middle of the celebrity couple's cheating allegations, rumored divorce, and ongoing controversial concert tour, Beyonce and Jay-Z are now facing another issue. Tina Seals is claiming she is Blue Ivy's real mother.
Blue Ivy Carter is the 2-year-old daughter of the music power couple.
The alleged surrogate mom has filed a federal lawsuit in New York City requesting for financial compensation after she supposedly gave her eggs to the couple.
Prior to the case filed by Tina Seals claiming she is Blue Ivy's mother, conspiracy theories have previously surfaced regarding Beyonce's supposed fake pregnancy.
However, a report from the Inquisitr revealed that Tina Seals has a track record of similar bizarre lawsuits. She has reportedly filed complaints against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West with regards to North West, and Janet Jackson in connection with Michael Jackson's kids.
Tina Seals' previous lawsuits against celebrities were all quickly dismissed.
The handwritten lawsuit against Beyonce and Jay-Z filed by the supposed Blue Ivy mother said: "Through mutual associates Plaintiff (myself) provided DNA egg for Beyoncé and Jay Z and look to work out some type of (sic) contractual agreement with Defendants that: a:) Would compensate me for my services with reference to Blue Ivy Doe. B) Would remove any criminal liability associated with the unlawful use of my DNA for the parties involved. C) Would terminate Plaintiff Parental Rights immediately and extend full parental rights to Defendants w/o Plaintiff support."
Tina Seals wants a DNA test to be conducted on Blue Ivy, and also asks for "mandated mediation pending test results ... I desire to preserve this relationship as these are great people!"
Blue Ivy's rumored mother also says she is open to negotiations with Sony, the music label of Beyonce, should they wish to endorse her music.
Tina Seals also said she is willing to have Beyoncé's music label, Sony, endorse her music.
