After the tragic death of comedian Robin Williams, pregnant "Teen Mom" star Catelynn Lowell revealed that she struggles from depression and anxiety, according to Radar Online.

"It's not a joke. I struggle with depression/anxiety on the daily. We are not alone. . . there is help out in the world! #listentoeachother," the pregnant 22-year-old posted on Instagram.

The reality television star added, "Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are not a sign of weakness. They are signs of having tried to remain strong for so long. 1 in 3 of us go through depression, anxiety or panic attacks at least once in our life. . . Let those who struggles know they are never alone."

Catelynn Lowell also recently announced that she is expecting a second baby girl with her fiancée and middle school sweetheart Tyler Baltierra.

Lowell and Baltierra placed their daughter Carly, now 5, for adoption while starring on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" back in 2009, according to Us Magazine.

Catelynn Lowell is reportedly planning a spring 2015 wedding while preparing for the birth of her second child.

The "Teen Mom" star posted a picture of her baby bump on Instgram on August 10 along with the caption, "So excited to meet our little monkey!"
