Jessica Simpson's diet for 2014 won't lay off, even if she's already pulled off a great figure on her wedding day.
Jessica Simpson's diet for 2014 was strictly vegan during her engagement to football player Eric Johnson. Her efforts paid off when she walked down the aisle in great figure, 60 pounds lighter, when they tied the knot last July 5.
Her vegan diet started two weeks before the big day, but it doesn't look like she's planning to tone the regimen down, even now that she's settled and married (hollywoodlife.com).
The British magazine Closer reports with quote from a source: "Jessica won't stop dieting and is the skinniest she's ever been - she says she even weighs a little less than when she starred in The Dukes of Hazzard ten years ago and was also a size zero. She eats extremely small portions and survives on juices and Diet Coke."
Jessica Simpson's diet for 2014 also involves meals separate from her hubby and daughter Maxwell; it's reported she has a separate fridge for her stock.
"She has a separate fridge to Eric and the kids and has gluten-free porridge for breakfast, an omelette for lunch, then protein and veg for dinner. She works out five times a week and goes for five-mile runs at least three mornings too. Her only vice is alcohol."
With alcohol her only dieting cheat, Jessica is likely keeping the baby weight off for good, or at least until a new baby bump comes along.
Her friends are starting to get worried, smelling an obsession. "Jessica's friends and Eric worry she's getting obsessed. Her pals are reminded her how gorgeous she is."
Jessica Simpson's diet for 2014 trimmed her down from a UK size 16 to 18, to a size 6 before she tied the knot, and it looks like she's determined to shed more pounds, allegedly surviving only on juices and Diet Coke (yahoo.com).
