"American Horror Story: Freak Show" is proof that show runner Ryan Murphy has every intention to delve into every aspect of horror. The upcoming season of this top-rated TV series has been announced to place huge focus on a carnival setting back in the 50s.

"American Horror Story: Freak Show" will be showcasing its former stars, such as Denis O'Hare, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Emma Roberts, Frances Conroy, and Sarah Paulson. Plus, there are also reports that Lea Michele, famous star of Glee, will also be joining the "American Horror Story: Freak Show" cast.

Moreover, Murphy also revealed to EW that the star of "White Collar", Matt Bomer, will be guest-starring in the said upcoming horror series. He has had experience working with the amazingly handsome Bomer in "The New Normal" and in the HBO TV-movie that was nominated in the Emmys, "The Normal Heart."

Murphy has also mentioned that he was actually very excited to have yet another opportunity to work with Bomer again. Since Bomer is presently quite busy with his filming for "Magic Mike 2," he admitted that he had to find ways so that he could work around Bomer's schedule.

He shared, "I try to get him to do everything for me. I sent him a text that said, 'First right of refusal, here's the role.' It's very warped."

It has also been previously revealed that Paulson will be playing the role of the conjoined twins for the upcoming "American Horror Story: Freak Show." Multiple online reports have also hinted that Murphy will be casting for the role of the world's smallest woman. It looks like Murphy is not hesitating to delve into any facet of the highly controversial carnival history.

Although the "American Horror Story: Freak Show" has promised to tackle every freakish horror aspect, the show is said to still have a balance between its freaks and some relatively normal characters.
