It seems that Iggy Azalea and Nicki Minaj have let their previous issues slide!
On Sunday, the "Fancy" rapper was seen congratulating Minaj for her successful performances of "Bang Bang" and "Anaconda" on the MTV VMAs stage.
Minaj was being interviewed by MTV News when Azalea passed by her side and that's when their moment happened.
"You did great," Iggy told Minaj and the "Pills N Potions" singer responded sweetly, saying, "Thank you baby."
Previously, Minaj and Azalea allegedly threw shade at each other at the 2014 BET Awards. Upon accepting her award, Minaj said, "What I want the world to know about Nicki Minaj is when you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it. I hope and pray that BET continued to honor authenticity, and that's all I'm about to say," Global Grind reported.
After her statements, Minaj was slammed with controversy and Azalea's fans slammed her on various social media sites.
The singer later on clarified that it wasn't her intention to throw shade at the "Problem" collaborator and stressed that her words were twisted by everyone.
On Twitter she wrote, "The media puts words in my mouth all the time and this is no different. I will always take a stance on women writing b/c I believe in us!"
In another tweet, she wrote, "I thought we're smart enough to write down our own thoughts and perspective, just like the men do. I've been saying this for 5 years."
Another followup tweet read, "I fell in love with Lauryn Hill b/c I knew she was the author behind those amazingly profound and articulated songs on the MisEducation."
"It's the same reason I have a different level of respect for Missy. I know she's a writer and a producer. Women MUST aspire for more. I've congratulated Iggy on the success of Fancy, publicly. She should be very proud of that. All the women nominated should b proud," she wrote.
