Chelsea Handler is now ready for bigger and better things.

The finale of "Chelsea Lately" was a star-studded adventure for those watching, but the best moment may have been when Chelsea Handler and 50 Cent got personal with their past romantic relationship.

"Since we broke up, I haven't dated another black man," stated Handler.

50 gave the best response one could give with, "That makes me feel special."

The rapper then sang his new song with G Unit, "Watch Me," according to the New York Daily News.

50 Cent wasn't the only celebrity to send the comedian off with a special appearance in the finale.

The first 20 minutes of the "Chelsea Lately" finale reportedly featured skits with Ellen DeGeneres, Mary McCormack, Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock. The final episode of the E! show was the perfect end to the talk show, with McCormack, Aniston and Bullock conducting an "intervention" in which they urge Handler to stop trying to straighten out of her life.

"You need to be the best half-baked Chelsea you can be," stated Aniston.

Bullock made sure to insult Handler before she left "Chelsea Lately" for good, by telling her she "wasn't funny, cool or hip" and that she blew any shot when she broke up with 50 Cent.

The most touching moment of the finale was when Chelsea Handler put the spotlight on her loyal sidekick Chuy Bravo.

According to ABC News, at the end of the episode, the A-Listers gathered for their own rendition of "We Are The World," singing "Goodbye to E!, it's time to move on. She wants to sing, she wants to dance and get her groove on."
