Minecraft for Xbox One is coming this Friday, Sept.5;PS4 Edition might come sooner, 4J Studios teased.
4J Studios gave Xbox One users finally posted the much-awaited tweet:
According to the official site of Xbox, the game will debut at $19.99. But others might just save a lot of money as Xbox Wire shares:
"If you're moving up from "Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition" (either the disc or Xbox Live Marketplace version), the Xbox One upgrade will run you a mere $4.99. And, even better, you can upgrade at this price for a full year from the game's release!"
The game will feature scenic vistas and the option to import saved game data onto your own Xbox One! Meaning, there's no need to start from scratch! Just continue with your progress and enjoy the rest of the game!
Also, Cinema Blend states that Minecraft Xbox One/PS4 will allow players to create bigger worlds as compared to last-gen consoles. On top of this sought-after game, Mojang further teased the possibility of including mini-games inspired by fan creations.
"At the moment we're just focusing on just getting the Xbox One thing out but it could feasibly happen," Owen Hill shared (TotalXbox).
"People would absolutely love it if we put something like Hunger Games in 360, as like a separate little mode" he added.
Minecraft Xbox One and PS4 release dates have always been predictable but sudden turnaround of events, like Sony's rejection of its prior version and Xbox One's unfixed bugs, caused a massive delay.
However, its developer 4J Studios never fail to keep the hype up and live with its seemingly positive tweets: "#MinecraftPS4 is back with Sony for final testing. Fingers crossed..." (posted last August 26)
