The "Fifty Shades of Grey" books spiked curiousity on BDSM (bondage, domination sadism, and masochism) as the movie sequel cast will reportedly include Kendall Jenner if all goes well.
In the latest report from Uproxx, citing an earlier survey byVivid Entertainment and X Critic, which said that 20% of people who read the "Fifty Shades of Grey" books are more curious about trying BDSM, which 36% said they already tried it.
However, more than 4 in 10 people claimed that they are not curious about trying what they read in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" books.
"It sure doesn't seem like 'Fifty Shades of Grey' is having much of an influence over how kinky people are getting behind closed penthouse doors, but at least the people surveyed are optimistic about where the 'hobby' is going," Uproxx said.
Of the people who tried BDSM, however, nearly 5 in 10 attempted bondage role-playing, 39% tried dominance role while only 21% tried flogging, the survey results said.
Meanwhile, MailOnline, quoting Grazia magazine, reported that director Sam Taylor-Johnson are interested in hiring Kendall Jenner for the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel.
"[Sam]'s fascinated by her and expressed interest in her appearing in the first film but it didn't happen. Universal is also keen for Kendall to be involved in the sequel. They put in a call to her people and arranged a meeting last month, which went really well," the source told the magazine.
However, the source told Grazia that Kendall Jenner's role in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel won't be a major one, "but would certainly be a foot in the door of Hollywood. Apparently, she'll only sign on once Sam Taylor-Wood is confirmed as the director."
Earlier reports claimed that Eloise Mumford, who will play the roommate of Anastasia Steele, has assured that the "Fifty Shades of Grey" film is "tasteful" as she revealed that all the actresses and actors were sworn to secrecy.
She said that the movie adaptation of E.L. James' book of the same title is in good hands under the eye of director Sam Taylor-Johnson and cinematographer Seamus McGarvey.
