'Survivor' 2014 Season 29: 'Survivor: San Juan Del Sur' Begins Sept. 24 - Full Cast Revealed; Can The Show Make It To Its Premiere Date Even With The 'Survivor' Editors, Post-Production Crew Strike?

"Survivor" 2014 Season 29, which premieres Sept. 24, has already introduced its full cast. Among them is John Rocker, a former pitcher of Atlanta Braves that played against the New York Yankees in the 1999 World Series. He can be described as the most controversial; hence, may receive a greater amount of attention from viewers and castaways themselves even at this early.

Rocker, who will be joined by his girlfriend Julie McGee, made quite an unlikeable comment when asked by "Sports Illustrated" if he would consider playing in New York. It should not be surprising then if he will be 'judged' by the castaways basing on that "SI" article. Will this be the reason he can get voted out? Rocker believes this will not happen.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Rocker said, "I see these folks that I'm getting ready to play this game with as very similar to the 13 years of professional baseball that I played, and the teammates that I played with. Some of my biggest supporters after that "SI" debacle were my current and past teammates."

They may be pairs but they'll stay in different tribes - one will go to Coyopa Tribe and one will go to Hunahpu Tribe. But partners can make this setup work to their advantage if they are aware of the perfect strategies to use in given situations.

Jeff Probst, four-time Emmy Award winner for "Outstanding Reality Host", is the host and executive producer for "Survivor".

Viewers can look forward to meeting the "Survivor" 2014 Season 29 full cast on Sept. 24 now that everything seemed to go well after the issue on "Survivor" editors and other post-production staff's strike.
