Online reports have been conjecturing about DWTS star Maksim Chmerkovskiy’s dating partners, no one is really sure what he’s up to. Early on, Maks had dated models like Kate Upton and recently he was allegedly very close to Olympic skating champ and former DWTS dancing partner, Meryl Davis. But citing of Maksim getting ‘comfy’ together with Jennifer Lopez at a Connecticut event and at Jennifer's 45th birthday are raising questions about a romantic relationship between them.
Maks has denied rumors about his involvement with Meryl Davis, and was amused when he was asked in a TV interview about dating J. Lo, who is also a former dancing partner with Chmerkovskiy on DWTS. In an interview with ‘Good Day New York', Maksim laughed off comments about his romantic involvement with JLo saying, "Can I have friends? It seems that any person I come in contact with if it's a girl, a female all of a sudden there is a romance," Breathecast.com reports.

Another report by the Mirror alleges that that JLo and Maks have plans to move in together. The singer cum fashion designer is ready for a long term relationship after she broke up with Casper Smart. She recently told reporters that she hasn’t divulged any information about her dates, since her kids were impacted with the Casper break-up.
Nonetheless, the Mirror hints at Jennifer Lopez ready to shack up with the DWTS star and go public with the news. Another source, America's Star magazine reported, "They can't get enough of each other. Her chemistry with Maks is electric.”
Meanwhile, news of Maksim C. leaving DWTS hit the media on the heels of rumors that former dancing partner Meryl Davis asked him to leave the show. Davis may not have been comfortable with the idea of JLo hanging around Maks.
