"The Little Rascals" cast meets after 20 years and what a way to celebrate their reunion than to recreate their 1994 movie poster and their most unforgettable scenes from the movie!
The 20th year Rascals movie poster and their other past-and-present images look incredible. The actors exerted efforts to make sure that their facial expressions and getup are the same as before. How unbelievable that they still look (almost) the same. See the photos and make your own judgment.
"The Little Rascals" cast reunion 20 years later was made possible by 22 Vision, the Los Angeles-based production company behind the hit movie. You'll see Bug Hall (Alfalfa), Brittany Ashton Holmes (Darla), Blake McIver (Waldo), Kevin Jamal Woods (Stymie), Travis Tedford (Spanky), Zachary Mabry (Porky), Ross Bagley (Buckwheat), Sam Saletta (Butch) and Blake Jeremy Collins (Woim) in the photos. They are all grownups and they all look adorable.
In a phone interview with HuffPost Entertainment, 22 Visions founder Brian Pocrass said, "Obviously getting back into the character can be uncomfortable, but it's about embracing who you were as a child."
Pocrass admitted in his twitter feed that it was several months of hard work.
He discussed further in the exclusive talk that it was not easy to get them all together. Brittany Ashton Holmes (Darla, the 'love interest' of Alfalfa) was not into the idea but after assuring her that "The Little Rascals" cast reunion 20 years later was about the film, she gave him her trust and so the celebration was made possible. "It all stems from the fact that they just wanted to see each other."
Relive the fun memories with this video posted by Pocrass in his Twitter account. You will want to see "The Little Rascals" movie again after watching it. You may even invite your kids to watch it with you - and they'll going to love it as well.
