You received a call from a friend and she asked you to accompany her to a Halloween party - or you better forget all about your friendship. What will you do? Think of last-minute Halloween costumes.
Buy some pieces of aluminum foil in a grocery store. Get a tape or anything that will keep the foil attached to your body. You can ask the help of your mom or sister.
Cover yourself - from head to toe - with aluminum foil. Of course, keep your eyes and mouth open. For your hands, you can look for silver- or gray-colored gloves to make you comfortable holding things. For your feet, you may consider silver or gray socks. Get a surfboard or a board and shape it like one (so it is lighter to carry). Cover it up with aluminum foil as well. This will only take you a few minutes, right?
You will need a huge cardboard box that is similar to the size of the body of SpongeBob and that is fitted to your body. If you can't find any, get several pieces of cardboards and glue or tape them all together until you come up with one.
Make holes for your head, arms, and legs. Paint the whole board with the face and body of SpongeBob. You can use crayons, paint or anything that you like.
3. Angel
Another last-minute Halloween costume that you can do is Angel. Look for a long white dress with long sleeves. For your wings, you can buy them from stores or you can make it on your own. Get a big cardboard and draw your wings. Cut it out, glue it with white feathers. Use garter to attach the wings to your arms. For your halo, make two sets of round thin wires (make sure that one fits your head). Cover them with white paper. Get a thin stick about 7 to 8 inches long and cover it with white paper as well. Attach each round thin wire to the ends of the stick. Place it on your head.
Last-minute invitation to a Halloween party requires last-minute Halloween costumes. Do not spend so much when you can make one for lesser amount of money and time.
