For the design and display, the Nokia X2 has an IPS LCD model measuring 4.3 inches that can render a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and its pixel density is at 217ppi. It weighs 150 grams and it is 0.44 inches thick. It has the same design as the other Nokia X devices but with a new translucent layer which gives the smartphone a glossy look. The Blackberry Z3 has a larger 5 inches IPS LCD model that can render a screen resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and a pixel density of 220 pixels per inch. It is heavier (weighing 164 grams), but surprisingly thinner than the Nokia X2 ( 0.36 inches thick). It comes with textured plastic which gives it a rubberized feel and smooth glass that doesn't have that much bezel space around the display.
In terms of hardware and OS, the Nokia X2 has a Cortex A7: dual core working at 1.2 GHz paired up with a Snapdragon 200 chipset from Qualcomm. It supports 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage capacity (if users choose to use a microSD card, it can expand its memory by up to 32 GB). The smartphone runs on is Android 4.3 Jelly Bean + Nokia X 2.0 UI.
The processor that powers the Blackberry Z3 is also a dual core working at 1.2 GHz but this one is paired up with a slightly better chipset: Snapdragon 400 from Qualcomm. It comes with 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory (this device also comes with a microSD card slot , meaning users can expand the memory by up to 32 GB). It runs on is BlackBerry 10.2.1.
For the battery and camera specs, both devices come with a 5MP camera with features like LED flash. As for secondary camera, the Blackberry Z3 has the upper hand with a 1.1 MP camera, where as the Nokia X2 only has a VGA model.
Blackberry unit's battery has a capacity of 2500 mAh, while the one seen on the Nokia unit has 1800 mAh. Both batteries are Li-Ion models and the Z3 allows for a talking time of 15 hours, while the Nokia X2 allows 10 hours.
