Faith No More To Release Brand New Album April 2015 After Nearly Two Decades: Here's Top 10 Favorite Tracks The Band Has Released So Far
Faith No More began their singing career as the band named Faith No Man in 1981. They’ve hence involved into ‘No More’ from ‘No Man.’
In the beginning stages, Faith had three giants who held the band together. Chuck Mosley, vocalist and frontman worked well with the band before Mike Patton came along. Mosley complained of a cold when the time came for the band to practice in a studio and was soon booted out.
The song ‘We Care a Lot’ is the band’s first classic. The song rambled with a languorous bass, screaming guitar and lyrics that were repeated. Soon Faith No More created a culture of altruism satire capturing niche audiences.
“We care a lot … about starvation and the food that Live Aid bought,” drawled Mosley. “We care a lot about disease, baby, Rock, Hudson, Rock!”, reports the Guardian. Soon it was a college radio hit in America during the mid-80. And in 1987 the group inked to Slash/Reprise, a rerecorded edition introduced the band to UK through ITV Chart Show.
Other popular hits from the band include the following selected by Guradian.com:
